My mobile never seems to receive a 3G signal never mind a 4G which I have just upgraded to.id there something I should be doing ?

How old is the SIM card? Do you have Data enabled?
n my simply is a couple of years ago.it was 4G enabled but I didn't activate it until a couple of days ago.but thinking back I don't get the wi fi'fan' just the symbols that looks like a bar graph
It'll be wise to contact your carrier network, just to make sure that they have enabled 4G
