WH-1000XM5 HEADPHONES

I recently purchased sony headphones model WH-1000XM5. I have been unable to pair them with my Denon MD-41DAB mini-hifi on Bluetooth. I have been able to connect my TV and laptop with the headphones. I have also been able to connect the Denon with the same TV and laptop. I have tried resetting and initialising the the headphones. Can anyone please help?
