Help!! I can't get the digital radio to work on my Gigajuke? I've connected the cable up to external house aerial and screen says 'No device registered' and all I can do is close this. What am I supposed to do to get it set up so I can play it?

Help!! I can't get the digital radio to work on my gigsajuke. I have connected it up to the external aerial on my house with cable but the screen says 'No service registered' and all I can do is close the screen. Does anyone know if I should have done anything else to set it up like 'registering it? how do I do that??
