(ASK) sony pcs-xg55 suddenly power off

i want to ask,

i have sony pcs-xg55 video conference that suddenly power off

i have check log of that device and i found error about :

a. software overhead

b. packet loss

can someone please explain to me about that error log?

and how to fix that problem?

after i wait for 3 days i was able to power on device.
