I am trying to input audio to my TV, trying to use the TV speakers to play external audio from an analogue source using the RCA input. I have connected to the component in L/R at the base of the side panel connections.
My issue is I can't get the TV input audio in to recognise a devise is connected. Is there a way the TV can search for the analogue drivers. Sony chat says this can't be done but why is there a plethora of audio inputs at the side of the TV? What purpose do they serve?
