the youtube application does not work after updating KDL-43WF805 to version 6.714
After updating the TV to version up to 6.7140, the YouTube application for Android TV version stopped working properly: 2.12.08 hangs up and does not show when you start the video. while the application does not hang and you can work with it. other applications work without problems and display video. Resetting to factory settings, clearing the cache did not solve the problem. re-install TV update via USB not given.

Hi Noodles,
Could you make sure that you have tried the hotspot from the mobile data and not using the same Wi-Fi network? Also, does this happen with any other app?

Hi noodles78CA, what happens exactly when you start the app? Is the time on the home screen correct?

Hi noodles78CA , try to clear the cached data of the TV itself ( Home - Settings - Device preferences - Reset - Internal shared storage - cached data )
Also, try a factory data reset, it might help!.
