Please Help, I cannot get the following on my new TV Sony  KD-43X81J, 

BBC I PLAYER, ALL 4, ITV HUB and UKTV PLAY, disappointing.

I thought the same but then found them, as they were already loaded, press the home button and scroll down and you may see them along with the other streaming services.
