I am totally disappointed with this brand.
I bought it on November 21 , 2020 SONY KD-55AG9 . On January 6, 2021, horizontal lines appeared on the entire screen of the TV. The TV broke down in the second month. And this is a TV from Sony master series. But this is not the biggest problem. After I took it to the authorized repair shop, I was told that I had to wait a month for it to be repaired. They did not want to replace it with a new one. What a rotten policy you have. I gave $ 2,600 to watch a refurbished TV. You will fix it to work until the end of the warranty and then I have to throw it away. Who will compensate me for the lack of TV for a whole month?
I wouldn't buy anything more from SONY.

Bulgaria. The price is BGN 4,000 (about $ 2,600) . I wrote it in dollars, because not everyone knows how much BGN 4,000 is.
