[RESOLVED] Error message: “Unfortunately, HbbTvLauncher has stopped.

Error message: “Unfortunately, HbbTvLauncher has stopped.

Received this error message twice today on Android tv..(6 May 2017)  Never received it before. On the message board it says this has been resolved....

Hi there

 

Argh, I guess you're referring to this:

I never said it was resolved, but 'presumed resolved' due to no further complaints for a while after a new firmware was released at that point.  Ok, lets keep an eye on things - as its happened twice:

  • Can you please ensure that you have the latest firmware installed for your TV
  • Factory Reset the TV

 

And see how it goes after that.

Ok. Thanks for that. The tv updated itself a couple of days ago but I will keep an eye on it.
