I know some who have had this issue found a solution in clearing cash and data from the app YVServiceHostAPK but others like me with newer TV's, XH90 , are unable to apply this fix because this app does not exist on these TV's.
My guess is it's called something else on these XH90 sets. Someone from Sony must know the equivalent app. Or is this too simplistic?
