Bravia help

Hi can any one help, feel like I’m going crazy with this one, my tv is connected to the Internet with a cable, Netflix works fine but when I try any other app like Prime or YouTube it’s telling me I’m not connected, if I go to home it also tells me that the Ethernet is not connected. Only been doing this couple of days.

A Factory Reset may help.


My favourite bedtime reading is a Sony product manual…

Before trying check out if the date/time is correct on your tv

It said on the main settings page “no Ethernet connected” although I could watch Netflix fine but no more apps, the time was also incorrect, I went into settings and before contemplating a full factory reset I cleared the cache memory, reset tv by turning on and off and then it allowed me to sign in on the apps as they started working. Not sure what was wrong but seems ok now.
