Had this tv a couple of months. There’s an ongoing issue with uhd services not being played when a sound system is connected which is already being looked in to. But now, all of a sudden nothing is playing at all! Even if when the sound system is unplugged and tv speakers active. Anyone else ? Reporting it to Sony and iPlayer.
Hi. I found some other threads and they found a solution. They unplugged their tv for 10 minutes after switching the tv off with the remote. when plugged back in again the apps work. Weird !
Do you have the latest software version installed on your TV? When you say cache, are you referring to a specific app or the entire TV (Settings - Storage & Reset - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data)?
