Can you explain please?

Examples, possible enhancements, positive input from which can be learned.

I have to agree with OP. Log-in problems such as - cannot connect to server - password not recognised. It does not matter what browser I use or even windows 10/11 build. The only way I could register my camera and lens were to reset my password (again) and enter details BEFORE logging out. After I log out/log in guess what, password not recognised. Following a number of emails with your support team, concerning cash back codes for next lens purchased, it appears that none of the camera details (serial number, retailer/DoP etc.) are linked to support. I was asked to submit screenshots of serial number, DoP, VAT receipt, email address (straange since they were the ones that sent me the 3 codes for offer, so obviously someone has it. To say that this was frustrating is putting it politely. Sony create excellent products, pity they cannnot get the same quality of workmanship for their website.

I mean the website isn't exactly the greatest, but the best experience I got out of it was while using it on Firefox, other browsers, not so much.

Also, about that the support don't have the info on your account, I checked this with them before, and they're basically saying since it's a ''personal'' account, they don't have access or records of it due to data protection laws, and that kinda makes sense honestly.
