Memory cards and FULL HD

Memory Stick Mark 2  or Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo HX -   which one is better for Full HD recording 17MB/s in my NEX-5 ?

Both work just as well as each other. So far testing them both out, I have had no differences in performance.

Transfer speeds may be limited by the camera body if using USB direct from it so you could also try a high speed USB memory card reader when transferring to PC.
