Suggestion, In Olympus cameras you have a function called live composite. I use this part as I do light painting a lot. This means that the camera takes a base exposure, it also takes pictures until you stop, but the rest of the exposures only added light is added to nothing else (you dont need filters for this). see youtube for olympus' solution to this. It is at least a function I want in new firmware for A9
