Freezing internet

Hi All

First time on discussion site. I have both blu-ray players s370 and s570 but both are having the same problem when i use them to access iplayer they both freeze up after a while. Is it because I am on talktalk. they claim it is my equipment?? HELP NEEDED.

I had the same issue with IPlayer via TalkTalk and have now moved to Zen and no longer have the problem

There was a known issue with iPlayer and TalkTalk, but that was fixed about a fortnight ago, so not sure if you've tried again recently?

Still with talktalk at this time, what was the fix? I only used it 2 days ago and it froze.
