      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="text.jpg" class="jive-image" src="http://community-stage.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/36492_text.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Weird problem on mom-in-law's 3 year-old Sony Bravia KDL28V2010U 28" LCD TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On some channels get the above effect on the subtitles- ITV3 above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a sort of multi-coloured shimmering effect. Doesnt happen all the time and then only on a few channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just affects white text and not other colours!!
