&lt;P&gt;You can try these troubleshooting steps to fix the ports issue:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Disconnect all the external devices from the TV.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Unplug the TV from the mains for 2 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;
