We have two sky remotes which we used for our old tv. We now have this tv and only one seems to work. How do I pair the remote with the tv please?

The Sky remote codes for Sony TVs has not changed for many decades. Even if the model is not found, which it is, any Sony TV will do!

You can only pair one remote using Bluetooth to any TV (not just Sony). You can pair 2 remotes if you hold down 4 & 6 until the led flashes 4 times. This first remote will not have voice control. Now pair the second remote, this one will have voice control. The 4 & 6 turns off Bluetooth.
