Sony Bravia KD-55XF8796 cyan (blue) LED light remains on and TV dead

After setting TV to accept wifi using home router and watching you tube - after switch off and next day attempted switch on - cyan (blue) LED light came on (not flashing) . TV is dead and unresponsive. Repeated forced factory reset attempts without success. Sony troubleshooting indicates that Cyan light should represent screen mirroring ? TV still dead - with no other solution in Sony troubleshooting - help

Thank you for the response - unfortunately the forced Factory reset
suggestion does not create a response in the TV. It is still dead with a
cyan (blue) LED light on. We have tried this a number of times without
success. Also we have tried to change the remote controller from activating
the TV by wifi to infra-red also without success. We are assuming that
there is a failure of a component within the TV, and will seek to find a
Sony TV repair person within the local area.
