Many thanks for Your answer ,I have managed to disable the annoying feature. Every time I asked Sony how to disable the told Me to go to settings then accessability and then disable talkback. This was the wrong info and I am a bit miffed that Sony gave out the wrong info.

Thanks agan for setting Me in the right direction. Billy

My T.V was purchased about two months ago and a few weeks ago without reason is went on to the "Partial sighted" effect. I have been trying for two weeks to delete this feature. I followed every online fix and I also tried a reset but no different.I tried to contact a tech several times and received the same messa "Try again later" This feature is really spoiling My viewing pleasure. I have found no way to contact Sony. Any help is appreciated

Hi @SummerstonBilly I am not sure what you mean by “partial sighted” effect. Do you mean Audio description?

What have you got as your settings for Audio type? System -> Accessibility -> Audio settings -> Audio type.
