Hi, I have a Sony TV. I bought this in May 2024

SONY XR55A84LU

The Screen is broken . Can you please help Can you help me replace it? How much does it cost, and how long will it take?

It must still be under warranty from your Retailer. I would contact them first.

You may not be aware, but this is a public community forum, basically just customers like yourself.

How did it get broken?

Your warranty will not cover accidental damage, but perhaps you have household insurance that does?

But it is more likely to need replacing, especially if there is further damage underlying the screen.
