Connecting sky q to KDL - 32v4000

When I connected sky q via hdmi, it comes up out of range ? Any ideas people ?

Hi @tattoo01. A few questions.

1. Are you using the HDMI cable supplied with the Sky Q box?

2. If not, what is the length and rating of the cable used?

3. What resolution are you using 1080i (recommended) or 1080p?

4. Which input HDMI are you using?
