Software update

I have a KDL-32ex401 TV. There is no picture or sound, won't pick up any channels when auto tune.

It may need a firmware update but I don't know how to do this?

Any help appreciated?

When you say no picture or sound, is that seperate to not picking up channels?

If its just an auto tune problem have you checked or changed any inputs?

The most recent firmware update for your model was in 2011, so its probable

you already have it installed.
