KDXE70 not finding my BT smarthub anymore?

I bought this tv last November. Connected to internet straight away. But last few weeks has been touch and go. Now won't connect at all! Any solutions greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

The full model name is KD-43X7000E and software version 8.500-1000-1.100-00
