Samsung anynet with Sony Soundstage forces audio source

I have a Sony Soundstage connected to a Samsung TV. When I am listing to music being cast from Spotify then turn on my Nintendo Switch the TV displays "anynet device connecting" and the soundstage switches automatically to the Switch. If I tell Spotify to cast to the soundstage then it switches the video of my TV back to the soundstage and I cannot see my Switch.

I want to listen to music on the soundstage while watcing the video of my Nintendo Switch.

I cannot find a way to listen to my music AND see the video of my Swith. What is going on here?

Hi there

You will need to turn OFF 'Bravia Sync' or 'Control for HDMI' on the Sony Soundstage in order to do what you want. Unfortunately you have not listed the exact model, so I cant forward instructions to you.

I will give that a shot. It is the Soundstage HT-XT2. I have the manual
here and can search through the menus. I guess this means I will need to
use the Music Center app or remote control anytime I want to change the
sound source.
