Unable to view programs on bbc Iplayer.Message on the screen telling me.Something went wrong loading this programme a temporary problem.

5 On demand brings up a message Internet browser will be closed due to internal error.

Tried internet connections all working ok.

Other services accessible on apps,except Iplayer and 5 On Demand.

No idea regarding solution to problem.

Ensure firmware is upto date on the TV
Goto the Network Settings and "Refresh Internet Content"

If that fails to work, I know its probably a pain in the butt, but.. Factory reset the TV - this tends to cure many problems.

Factory reset did the trick.
