Bravia KDL-24EX320 wifi connection problem

Am having trouble setting up the TV after a change of router.

My password includes hyphenated words e.g play-video. I can't see a hyphen on screen to input the security password to get the thing going - any advice out there??? It is an EE brightbox router.

there should be a line of coloured buttons (red, green, yellow, blue) on the lower part of your remote. once you are at the dialog box of entering text/characters for your network password, press the blue button to toggle between lower cases, upper ones, numbers and sings)
