Hi!

Like you can read in the title the problem is that when I try to burn a Verbatim DVD-R 8x with Nero 7 in my FE11H, I don't get any result. My DVD-recorder is the Pioneer one, and during the burning process it seems that everything works properly. But when you try to read the DVD it seems that is empty!!!

It´s quite strange, because I could properly burn the two recovery DVDs, and they were Verbatim 8x. So, is the problem with Nero 7? Or as I´ve read, maybe the recovery burning process was made in a slower speed, and that´s the reason because it worked(I´ve got to try this possibility with Nero).

Apart from that, the notebook is amazing!!!
Thank you for your help!!

I can't solve your problem at 8X but the process will almost certainly work at 2X and perhaps at 4X.

There are other threads on this problem and some users have had success using other software.
