Recovery procces

Hey guys!!
I got Vaio VGN-FA215E adn have liek about for half year but in a this month i realized that the pc starts to slow down all those annoying pop ups comin up which are pissing me off so if thought it woul be virus or spyware.... So i scaned with the spyware scan and it detected it but virus program sad nutting.

Now i desided just to reinstallt he system but due to that i dont have operating system disk i tryed to use vaio recovery tool and made the disks myself. I did all what the guid said and when i restart and all the instalation prepares the menu comes up and it wont let me go furhter to reinstal:smileycry:
Is it nessusary to make a back up maybe that effescts???
And what shall i use to make a back up???

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Have you followed THIS guide to the letter?

If so try the HDDR utility by tapping F10 at boot. This will take you directly to the hard disk recovery utility.

yes i did folow it but the problem where it says i should find the back up option under system program i dont find but i have like Sonic stage which is very weird.
Anyway i did what u sujested what would it mean if it says to varify the model thats what came up????:smileythinking:
