I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question, but I would be very grateful for any advice. I have a VAIO Notebook and both of the catches that keep it closed have recently snapped off. I think there must be some sort of manufacturing defect as I haven't had it long and have no other problems with it. Could you tell me if this is fixable, and if it would be covered by the warranty?
