Also it sounds like you have spyware so grab spybot and/or adawareand flush out the little buggers. Finally defragment over and over till it defrags in 30 seconds then occassionally.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just upgraded my memory from 512 to 1024 mb. But I didn't realized anything improving performance. Because my computer performance hasn't change after upgrading memory. I think I did something wrong. What is your opinions?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
