    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;have you tryed ringing them &lt;BR /&gt;(on support)&lt;BR /&gt;and it could also be a missing driver that will get replaced in a system restore but all date will need backing up so you dont loose it&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(have you got your laptop damp,wet,left in the cold,ect?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a new guy here,&lt;BR /&gt;I found some keys of keyboard did not work  today.&lt;BR /&gt;luckily, my laptop is in warranty,&lt;BR /&gt;but I can not contact with sony repair here.&lt;BR /&gt;I appreciate if everybody show me how to do it.&lt;BR /&gt;i am in Zurich now.&lt;BR /&gt;thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
