    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I recently purchased a VGN-TZ31WN and am having problems with the internet. The unit came with T mobile Web'n'walk wirless and a sim card, however i already had a web'n'walk dongle (i hate that word) from my previous laptop. After putting the sim card in my TZ i couldnt connect so i rang support. They told me to restore the factory settings (after a very lengthy conversation). After this it worked for a time (though nowhere near as well as it did with the dongle) but has now stopped working again. I have had to start using the old web'n'walk software and the dongle to connect and this is fine but understandably i would like the computer to work properly in the first place.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’m not sure if the problem is with the actual unit or the software. Has anyone else encountered this or have any suggestions of how it could be resolved?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
