    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi to all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have huge problem with my Sony Vaio VGN-A217M.&lt;BR /&gt;Today, when I close the notebook as usual, without any SUPERMAN strength, I heared a strange sound and the left part of the LCD monitor become moveable: the LCD hing on the left was broken &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG border="0" src="https://ip2.i.lithium.com/3a1cdb44833600d6246bbac266fec1809970cfc0/687474703a2f2f696d673130332e696d616765736861636b2e75732f696d673130332f373730312f666f746f303633757a352e6a7067" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG border="0" src="https://ip2.i.lithium.com/98fd2800ec3fac4e80910c97ff74234265ee1fbf/687474703a2f2f696d673337392e696d616765736861636b2e75732f696d673337392f333933312f666f746f303636776d312e6a7067" /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know that the image is not enough clear, if you want I will post more cleare images. &lt;BR /&gt;The left hing does not seem "broken", I don't see any part of plastic broken...but I am not a technician  &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ie/html/@13A2E6A3774A8B47B4EC6F04089539E1/images/smilies/063.png" alt=":thinking:" title=":thinking:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can open the LCD because the internal part of the hing is good (when I open the LCD the &lt;BR /&gt;internal part is used as lever) while I cannot close it because the external one is taked out, and I am afraid to break my notebook.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Where can I buy a pair oh hinges for my laptop and how much it costs??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have just seen that the metal part of the left hing is broken...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG border="0" src="https://ip2.i.lithium.com/7b5701c731dfa7b464b3f0885c55673ad8ed2b1a/687474703a2f2f696d673431302e696d616765736861636b2e75732f696d673431302f323438352f666f746f3036366376312e6a7067" /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me!! &lt;BR /&gt;I would not keep it open forever, it is still a notebook.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for all&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
