    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi craneop,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;have you installed or uninstalled anything lately.?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried reinstalling the Vaio Event Service.. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Download the Original Utilities Package  from Vaio-Link, Use the following link: &lt;A href="http://www.vaio-link.com/downloads/preinstalled/preinstalled.asp?site=voe_en_GB_cons&amp;amp;c=0&amp;amp;s=VGN-AR&amp;amp;m=2527" target="_blank"&gt;AR31S Original Utilities Package&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once downloaded extract the files and then install the Vaio Event Service &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once completed then re-boot your Vaio.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You may have to do this more than once..:smileywink:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
