please help! i accidently draged and dropped my video folder into a system folder by mistake and now it keeps telling me that access is denied. how can i get access to my video folder again? thx

Hi nelski,

I assume that you are logged in with administrative permissions? If so which folder is denying you access, is it the system folder (which particular system folder) or the video folder?

hi rich, i am logged on as administrator, my video folder is in a folder which is c0fae86c2fa280b146, which is in my d partition on my hard drive every time i try to access my video folder now it tells me access is denied. any ideas? cheers. nelski:smileycry:

Hi nelski,

The exact location may have provided a better clue, but try right clicking the folder, select properties and uncheck the read only attribute for this folder. Otherwise can you give the precise path to the folder?
