vgc-v2m help please

hi guys,
i am having a problem with my vgc-v2m. When i start my computer up i am getting a screen which says LCD fan is abnormal LCD fan temperature is abnormal and hardwear monitor found an error. I have taken the back off and cleaned all the fans but i am still getting the same error messages. My CPU temperature is 54c / 129f my MB temperature is 46c / 114.5f. Please could someone help me with my problem

Hi jimmytheshark and welcome to Club Vaio.

You get this warning if the fan is failing, it has become disconnected from the motherboard or the sensor has developed a fault.

I rather think it is the third one because your temperatures are absolutely normal and presumably you can hear the fan working.

It is up to you if you want to stop the message - but this will require getting someone to check the wiring and the sensor. But it does sound to me that everything is OK and you are getting a false message.
