Problems with sony webcam Vaio VGN-TT21M/N error 45

Hello everybody,

today I got problems with the webcam of my sony vaio vgn-tt21m/n. - The cam does not work - in the device manager, if I use the option view/show hidden devices, the "sony visual communication camera" has the following device satus:

Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

Currently I am running windows 8 pro - when I remove battery and I restart the computer - sometimes it works, sometimes not. But this is not the solution. So anyone has an answer for this problem?

thanks for the provided links - but the problems is still not solved; everytime when I put the notebook in the standby mode I have to detach the battery and wait a little bit to attach it again and to reboot and then everything works.
