Vaio VPCF11C5E driver problems in Windows 8

Hi,

Windows 8 refuse to install if I don´t remove WIDCOM Bluetooth and Intel PROset/Wireless SW.

My laptop is a VAIO VPCF11C5E with an Intel i7.

Wath to do?

I have today tried to upgrade the same model.

Can now see it is not a supported model for windows 8. Although the spec of the laptop is certainly sufficient for Windows 8.

The install seemed to go ok until the end of he install when it failed. Any tips on what I can do please?

Sadly, Sony do not support this model for an upgrade to Windows 8 and they have not provided any Windows 8 drivers.

Even for 'Supported' Vaio models, it is necessary to uninstall Intel PROSet/Wireless before upgrading and new Windows 8 drivers installed afterwards. It may be possible to get Windows 8 drivers from the Intel website.
