    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;dear all:&lt;BR /&gt;i really need ur help! i bought a sony PCG-Z1XMP laptop 2months ago at england. but it's screen didnot work any more 4days ago. now,i'm in china and i may never go back england again. i ask sony service center in china, the staff told me it's a serious problem and they will charge me around 600 pounds, because sony did not provide global warranty.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;i feel terrible, not only it cost too much, but also it break my imagination of quality of SONY product . i want ur guys give me some suggestion how can i solve this problem!?many thanks!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ie/html/@28BE23B0C20952FC3409403FD1AA84A7/images/smilies/056.png" alt=":cry:" title=":cry:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;IF you register the laptop, and if you still have the original reciept, I would imagine that it should be covered under the original warranty......However, you would have to deal with Sony UK and may have to return the laptop to the UK (or Belgium) for inspection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For sure, you are not covered by any "global" warranty, but you should be covered by the warranty from the country of purchase.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
