This seems to be happening since the latest software update to Reader for PC, around the end of November. I am currently running version 2.0.01.11080.</P><P></P><P>Windows recognises that I have pluged the device in; the sound that indicates a device has been attached plays and the Autoplay dialoge appears. Just showing same as you in that although says signed in successfully it is telling me that reader is disconnected and will not therefore sync?
