Since reader library updated to PC reader in autumn 2012 I have not been able to synchronise books from PC onto reader device. tech support told me remove programme and download it again, which I did to no effect. I have changed password about two dozen times at their behest and most recently to deauthorise and then start again as if it were a new reader, well that was brilliantly helpful; now I can not read anything on the reader as it says it is protected by digital right management. So I have 217 books which are paid for but can not be read by me the person who has paid for them. </P><P></P><P><SPAN style="font-size: 18pt;">TECHNICAL SUPPORT </SPAN></P><P><SPAN style="font-size: 18pt;">- <STRONG>not technical and not at all supportive. </STRONG></SPAN></P><P></P><P>Months of phone calls and emails and I have a device with £120 sitting gathering dust and books worth hundreds of pounds which can not be read.
