When I open my folder to where I downloaded my XQD card to I noticed that I had 4 files attached to a clip that I filmed. .

MXF file with 0 kb

.SRV File with 2,080,768 kb

.SLI File with 0 Kb

.BIM File with 0 Kb

I cannot open the .RSV file that has the data on it.

Any help greatly appreciated

since your camcorder uses a XQD card it sounds like you use a Pro-Camcorder.

Therefore please get in contact with Sonys pro support.

Which camera model do you use?
