PMB not recognising external drive

I want to save some files which I downloaded to PMB and then save to an external drive, however when I try to export the files, PMB does not pick up the drive even tho my computer does. How can I get PMB to recognise the drive?

Hello

You may have already tried this but have you updated to the latest version of PMB. It may seem like a 'standard response' to your question but I have seen a few similar PMB questions lately where the latest version has fixed an issue. The latest version for your particular camera is downloadable from the support section of the Sony website:

Thanks for the info, I have just got a new desktop and just loaded PMB from the original disk, assuming it would look for updates!
