TRV57E video compartment always ejected

Hello, I bought a handycam with nightshot 8 mm (which prompted my purchase). No battery compartment but also compartment video can down but is always immediately ejected, there is a tape or not, it goes up immediately!

What to do ?????????? I have no error message. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you.

Sound like a mechanical fault which will need to be checked by a technician. Follow this link...
