HDR-CX115E - Windows 7 Compatibility

Does anyone know if this camera and its software are Windows 7 compatibile ?

I am looking at getting a new computer but I think I read somewhere that it is not compatible with it as Windows 7 is 64 bit.

Hi bearsfan, welcome to the Sony Forums

The only compatibility issue you'll have is with the software you use to upload footage etc from your camera to your PC. You can use a number of commercially-avaialble programs, or Sony's PMB software v5.6.02 is the latest free version for your camera, according to the Sony database (link below) and it's fully compatible with Windows 7.
