Unable install HX400V as 'unspecified' on Windows10 therefore WiFi useless

Although I have succeeded in linking my new RX10M4 to Windows 10/64, I have not had any luck with my old HX400V (ver 2.10). Although I have followed instructions, it is not recognised as a HX400V.

The WiFi sets up easily, but will not link until I add the camera as an 'unspecified' device. Perhaps there is no driver available?

Should I have tried this before setting up the WiFi?

Any guidance appreciated, otherwise it is going to be curtains for the HX400V.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I had already tried that without success.

Eventually, after trawling Youtube I found

and following the instructions successfully managed to link HX400V to Windows via the PlayMemoriesHome program.

It now downloads to Windows, and I can view/select images to use in the application of my choice.

Job done.
