Affinity Photo is brilliant. You could also look at Darktable - complex but it's very powerful and it's free

Of course! I was using Darktable before I had the Sony camera, so I have got used to it. I would say that Imaging Edge does look a bit more user-friendly! I use Affinity on my iPad (I don't go on holiday with a laptop). I don't think Imaging Edge comes as an App on iOS
