Dear all

Can anyone help I have a Sony Cybershot WX350 18MP 20x Zoom Compact Digital Camera and when I use the zoom lens to get a close up shot the lens flickers badly which does not allow me to take a good photo (very blurred). When the lens is fully retracted the shot is fine.

Are you referring to how the image shakes? If so, you should probably use a tripod if you try to take images while fully zoomed in.

Hi Nic

The problem is the camera lens that flickers in and out when on full zoom. It has only just started to do this if you look through the view finder the picture is flickering has well in full zoom.When the lens is closed and on normal shooting it is fine.
